Tobias Deluca is a 2022 SS/RHP/2B with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Jersey Village. Slender young build with lots of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from an open stance with good lower half actions into his swing, swings hard and has good balance, bat speed and separation through contact, nice overall swing, will continue to improve as a hitter with additional strength. 7.14 runner in the sixty. Polished actions in the middle infield on defense, has soft hands to both sides and his hands and feet work well together, can make plays on the run well and makes accurate throws. Threw an inning on the mound, has a compact arm action and a closed landing out front. Fastball topped out at 77 mph, threw a slurve type sweeping breaking ball for strikes and had a quick inning. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
