Peyton Fowler is a 2019 RHP with a 6-4 158 lb. frame from Phenix City, AL who attends Phenix City Central HS. Tall and slender Fram with long limbs and plenty of room to fill. Only pitched at the event, begins windup with a short leg lift before working to the plate, could utilize lower half more down the mound for additional arm strength, takes arm back loosely with some whip to the stroke through a long arm action up to a high 3/4 arm slot, maintains online direction to the plate, finishes full out in front with a clean follow through. Fastball is mostly straight flashing occasional cutting action topping out at 80 mph, flashed a curveball with developing spin and 11-to-5 shape. Good student.
