William Boneno is a 2022 RHP/1B, 3B, IF, OF with a 6-1 168 lb. frame from Baton Rouge, LA who attends Catholic. Medium athletic build with plenty of room to fill out as he continues to develop. Primary pitcher, has a longer arm action with some quickness from a high three-quarters to over the top slot. Ball jumps out of his hand, not afraid to go inside with his fastball up to 84 mph. 12-to-6 curveball has a larger shape and great late bite to the plate. Good out pitch, also mixes in a 76 mph off-speed with good fade away from left-handed bats. In the infield, fields out in front and rounds the ball well. Backhand works well, works a little uphill with his throwing motion. Great carry across the diamond. At the plate, uses an even and upright stance with a simple stride trigger. Flat barrel plane through the zone, some looseness to the overall stroke. Pop will develop nicely alongside his build, excellent student in the classroom as well.
