Bryce Demory is a 2021 OF/LHP with a 6-3 177 lb. frame from Bristow, VA who attends Patriot. Extra-large, athletic frame with square shoulders and long limbs, lean and projectable build with room to fill throughout. Moves well, ran a 6.87 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, fields the ball out front, shorter stride moving through the release, clean and easy release, ball jumps out of hand and shows quickness to arm action, repeats actions well with carry and accuracy to intended base. Also pitched, athleticism plays in delivery, upper body release while working to a mid three-quarters release. Generates angle to the plate with fastball which topped out at 83 mph, worked on top and filled the zone well. Tunneled curveball nicely and able to miss bats, up to 71 mph with the pitch and landed for strikes to arm side well. Righthanded hitter, begins with a wide base and a high hand set and back elbow at the plate; loads weight onto backside and can continue to implement additional shift moving into contact. Generates some whip with the barrel and shows loose wrists with swing with generating some loft and lift. Longer swing path through the zone, opens front side early in swing, shows carry off the barrel when squared. Good student. Named to the Northeast Top Prospect Games Top Prospect List.
