Nathaniel Vigil is a 2020 RHP/SS, OF with a 5-11 184 lb. frame from San Antonio, TX who attends Churchill. Medium frame with some strength to the build at present. Recorded a 7.70 second 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, works solely from the stretch, high leg lift, full arm action up to a high three-quarters slot, up tempo delivery, works to the outer half with the fastball, shows good feel for a 12-to-6 curveball with late break and good depth down in the zone. Secondary shortstop, worked out in the infield with solid actions, moves well laterally and stays through the ball, longer arm action with some carry across. Also worked out in the outfield with good reads off the bat and accurate throws to bags with some strength. Right-handed hitter, sets up wide with a pull side power approach, short and whippy swing with good bat speed, turns it over well and has some feel for the barrel. Great student.
