Joshua Howe is a 2023 C/RHP with a 6-2 192 lb. frame from Glenmoore, PA who attends Achievement House Cs. Lean athletic frame. Primary catcher, threw a 1.97 pop time down to second base. Displayed soft hands with good footwork and a quick transition. Consistently made firm accurate throws. From the mound, mixed it up well, threw from the stretch and with a side step. The fastball had some sink, showed the ability to locate well to both sides of the plate. Mixed in a curveball with 12-6 spin. At the plate, hits from a narrow slightly open stance with a hover leg lift. Has a violent compact swing with good bat speed. Consistently generated solid contact to his pull side. Good student. Was named to the National Underclass Showcase Top Prospect list.
