Kevin Rodriguez Lopez is a 2021 C with a 5-10 185 lb. frame from Toa Baja, PR who attends Puerto Rico Baseball Academy. Strong athletic build. Right handed hitter, starts from an open stance and tends to stay open, deep hand load, exaggerated inside swing path with significant barrel lag, opposite field approach that doesn't take advantage of his natural strength, puts the ball in the air. 7.65 runner, sets up low and compact behind the plate, shows lower half flexibility, arm strength still developing but gets rid of the ball cleanly, has the tools to keep improving defensively.
