Tyler Pelletreau is a 2021 OF/2B with a 5-11 190 lb. frame from Crofton, MD who attends Arundel. Recorded a 4.93 second 40-yd dash time. Strong build with long limbs and present physical maturity. Primary outfielder with deliberate fielding actions and segmented arm action. Tends to wait on the ball, while bending at the waist to field grounders. Throws from a lower arm slot with tendency to get on the side of the ball. Recorded throws up to 80 mph with room to improve with refined arm stroke and direction towards target. Right-handed hitter with a slightly open stance, high hand set and long hover trigger. Inside-out hand path with level plane and lots of pre-pitch barrel movement; opposite field approach with firm impact to the right center field gap. Intent bases swing with present strength and some bat-to-ball skills. Will continue to improve in part to current strength and proper swing adjustments.
