Colin Brodeur is a 2021 RHP/MIF with a 6-2 176 lb. frame from Manchester, NH who attends Manchester Memorial. Large athletic build with present strength. Ran a 7.59 sixty-yard dash. Right handed pitcher. Utilizes a simple rocker step to a belt high leg lift. Stays tall over back leg with a slight coil going to drop and drive mechanics to the plate while landing in line with the plate at finish. Employs a loose arm circle at take back throwing from a three-quarter arm slot. Displayed a fastball with run and some occasional cut on each half of the plate topping out at 77 miles per hour complemented by a slider with a nine-four shape and tight spin when maintaining arm speed. Showed aggressive actions in the infield when going to and through the baseball. Showed developing footwork and range in the infield as well. Displayed good arm strength topping out at 79 miles per hour across the infield. Left handed hitter. Utilizes a straight upright stance with a high hand and back elbow set up. Employs a line drive spray approach with occasional pop. Flashed ability to spray the ball to all fields with solid contact.
