Jovaugh Davis is a 2024 OF with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Kissimmee, FL who attends Sunshine State Elite Academy. Nice long athletic build with lots of physical projection remaining. 6.82 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, has athletic actions through the ball, big crow hop into his throws, arm is loose and strong with very good carry, chance to be a high level defensive outfielder with time and growth. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a high hand load and a back tap trigger, has a loose and extended swing and hits through the ball well out front, shows bat speed and the ability to drive the ball in there, lots of power in his future. Took at turn on the mound and topped out at 81 mph on his fastball from a high 3/4's release. Good student, verbal commitment to Bethune-Cookman. Named to the National Underclass Main Event Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
