Kyle Williamson is a 2022 OF/1B with a 5-10 135 lb. frame from Las Vegas, NV who attends West Career & Technical Academy. Medium slender build with plenty of room to fill out as he develops, posted a 7.29 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary outfielder, is aggressive to the baseball and shows good feel for his footwork. Fields off to the side and stays low to and through the ball. At first base, fields out in front well and stays in front of the ball well. Is meticulous with his glove work and gets off the bag quickly. Shows accuracy to all bags. At the plate, uses a slightly open and upright stance with a simple mid-leg lift trigger. Higher handset works down through the zone and generates a flat, line drive barrel plane through the zone. Middle to pull side approach with solid barrel control overall. Good student in the classroom as well.
