2022 WWBA Workout Showcase (July 15)
Scott LaMountain is a 2024 1B/RHP/3B with a 5-11 190 lb. frame from Keeseville, NY who attends Ausable Valley. Ran a 7.84 second sixty. Primary first baseman with a medium frame showing some strength to the build. Showed young actions with the glove as the feet work to the right side of the ball in anticipation of the throws. Showed average arm strength with accuracy to the bases. Left-handed hitter, starts with a wider base. Shifts the weight into contact with a longer swing path impacting the baseball to the middle of the field and pull side with a level bat path. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
