Justice Morrison is a 2027 SS/RHP/C with a 5-7 125 lb. frame from Atlanta, GA who attends Westlake. Features a smaller athletic frame. Ran a 7.08 60-yd dash. In the INF, showed polished fundamental actions. Plays with energy and active feet. Gets low to the ground with soft hands and an efficient exchange that allows him to work quick to release. Arm action was compact in the back and got off accurate throws across showing easy avg. strength. Good chance for him to stick at SS. Behind the plate, his athleticism showed with his quickness out the crouch where he set up his feet on-line and his exchange quickness transferred there as well. At the plate, he is a switch hitter that sets up similarly from both sides but showed better from the right. He sits in a wider stance with his hands set high and wrapped. He uses a smaller leg lift trigger that loads into his backside. The swing is more hands dominant working more direct to the baseball that showed deeper contact points during his batting practice round. Flashes of some twitch to the hands. Post impact results showed a more middle-oppo approach. On the mound, his operation showed some noticeable effort. Like his defense, he used a more compact arm action that worked to a 3/4 slot. He is a shorter strider and there was some head wack at release. His fastball worked up to 82 that flashed ride and produced some in-zone whiffs. He mixed in a breaking ball in the upper 60s that buckled some hitters and flashed upside with its 2400+ spin. Named to Top Prospects List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
