Jackson Todd is a 2024 SS/3B with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Conroe, TX who attends Conroe. Lean and projectable frame, room to fill throughout. Ran a 7.63 second 60 yard dash. Primary shortstop, worked out at the position with good balance and twitch, quick feet and hands that play the baseball well, arm works through the backside, generates solid arm strength across up to 75 mph to first base. Switch hitter, grades out evenly from both sides of the plate, square stance and a high hand set on the left side, leg lift trigger with a deep hand load, gap to gap approach with projectable pop. More narrow set from the right side, similar deep hand set, strength to his hands generating slightly better bat speed from the right, similar balance and rhythm, clean swing path with solid contact skills, high upside player with things to project on in the infield and in the box. Outstanding student.
