Gannon Gibson is a 2021 SS/ with a 5-11 140 lb. frame from San Luis Obispo, CA who attends San Luis Obispo. Medium frame with a lean build. Frame projects for additional strength. Primary shortstop with clean footwork while ranging for and surrounding the baseball. Fluid glove actions at pick up and worked through exchange well. Released from a three-quarters arm slot creating accurate carry to the bag at 74 mph. Right handed hitter with an upright, even stance. Works to contact with rotational lower half actions. Deeper hand load and worked to the baseball on a direct path. Utilized a linear barrel plane with a mid-field approach. Stays balanced throughout swing while consistently barreling the baseball.
