Damon Stock is a 2021 RHP/ with a 6-1 195 lb. frame from North Bend, OH who attends Oak Hills. Strong, athletic build. Stretch only. Employs a belt high leg lift staying slightly flexed at gather going to drop and drive actions down the mound. Lands online with a longer stride and finishes online with a slight recoil. Flashed a long, loose arm action going to a three-quarter slot at release with good arm speed. Showed the ability to locate two pitches consistently in the bottom half of the zone creating a lot of ground ball contact. Showed a fastball with good feel for both sides of the zone and some late run up to 80 mph complemented with a 10/4 breaking ball with good depth and slower break creating some swing and miss when in the zone. Great student.
