Garrett Graef is a 2021 C/SS with a 5-11 135 lb. frame from Pilot Point, TX who attends Aubrey. Ran a 7.60 second sixty-yard dash. Primary catcher with a young frame and slender build. Stands up at receive, cheating some to exchange and arm action on throws down the second base. Has developing arm strength with accurate throws on the base up to 72 miles per hour. Secondary infielder that rounds the ball well with a funnel out front, showing clean glove actions that will continue to develop as the frame matures physically. Has developing arm strength, making accurate throws across the diamond at 77 miles per hour. Has a square stance at the plate, with a leg kick trigger and low hand set to load. Works with a middle of the field approach, using a line drive barrel plane to work back through the box. Has loud mechanics to the swing at times, needing to cut down and simplify the swing to create more hard contact.
