Chase Knight is a 2023 SS/2B, 3B with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Pleasanton, CA who attends Bellarmine College Prep. Medium frame with athletic build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.48 seconds. Hits from narrow, even-based stance, leg lift trigger, barrel tips into load, heavy to front side through stride, looseness to hands, inside out path with hands, opposite field approach. Worked out in the infield, length to actions, solid hands out front, arm strength stands out, clocked up to 84 mph on throws. Also pitched, worked from stretch, 3/4 slot with good life to fastball, worked 74-81 mph with some strides, flashed curveball with varying shapes. Good student.
