Collin Joy is a 2028 RHP/1B/3B with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Yaphank, NY who attends The Stony Brook. Joy works from a physical frame for his age with clear strength throughout. Primary RHP, showcased good arm speed on the mound with whip to the arm action, releasing from a low 3/4 slot up to 82 mph. Sink and running action present. Did a nice job of creating extension down the slope with good drive from the backside. FB heavy arsenal, refining command. SL registered at 2145 rpm. Secondary IF, controlled actions with developing range. Good carry across the diamond with lots of effort behind throws up to 79 mph. Offensively, started from an even base with quick leg lift trigger utilized. Clear hand speed through the zone with further room to incorporate the lower half. Pull side approach. Ran a 8.26 sixty yard dash.
