Lannon Nicoloff is a 2026 SS/RHP, C, OF with a 5-6 115 lb. frame from Lafayette, IN who attends William Henry Harrison. He ran a 8.16 second sixty. A primary short stop with a younger medium build. On the infield he does a nice job getting into the legs on the approach and presenting the glove out front as he receives the ball showing a good feel for the actions. On the mound he showed a short leg lift with an abbreviated delivery as he works to the plate with the arm working on line through the back up to a more inconsistent release point. The fastball sat 67-73 mph with true actions, the breaking ball displayed young traits with little extension out front but has potential with more reps. In the outfield he gets squared up, working low into his approach with developing foot speed. The arm action works loose through the back and could get more out front on the release which will help with the carry to the bases. Behind the plate he gains ground into his throws after showing sure hands receiving the baseball, he gets into a taller throwing position with average carry, recording a 2.20 second pop time. Switch hitter, from the right side he starts even using a leg lift trigger with a deep hand load to create some separation pre swing as the barrel gets long through the zone at times. From the left side he showed a more direct path with better bat speed allowing the barrel to play out front routinely with good extension through contact.
