Aaron Pacheco is a 2023 C/1B with a 5-7 146 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends North Shore. Developing build that stands to drastically improve as he continues to progress. Primary catcher, sets up in a higher conventional crouch and shows some quickness out of it. Stands straight up, still developing footwork on his throws down to the second base bag. Showcases good glove work with feel behind the dish. Posted a 2.13 second pop time in the catching workouts. At the plate, uses an upright and even stance with a simple stride trigger. Simple overall stroke, quiet load, looks to use the middle of the field. Power tool will continue to improve alongside his build. Good student in the classroom as well.
