Noah Pellot is a 2024 SS/RHP, 2B, OF with a 5-4 130 lb. frame from Bronx, NY who attends Cardinal Hayes. Young, square shouldered frame with a lean build and room to fill and develop moving forward. Ran a 7.40 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, fields the ball out front, moving parts throughout gather and fielding, works through the backhand, shows ability to throw from multiple slots, flashes range in actions, accuracy will continue to develop on throws. Short and quick steps to the ball in the outfield, longer arm action, remains tall throughout release with a lower slot on throws, occasionally gets under the ball at release. Also pitched, long and loose arm action through the back, works exclusively out of the stretch. Fastball topped out at 77 mph, showed nice running life to the pitch, especially at the knees and projects with physical development. Curveball showed 11-5 shape up to 65 mph, will continue to find a consistent feel for the offering. Right-handed hitter, begins with an even stance and a high hand set and back elbow at the plate. Full swing path through the zone, tends to open front side early and gets onto front side with weight shift. Stays direct to the ball with hands, gets uphill at point of contact, comfort working to the middle of the field; turned around a changeup in game on hands for a line drive single. Excellent student.
