Ben Fineberg is a 2027 C/3B with a 5-9 165 lb. frame from Rye, NY who attends King & Low-Heywood Thomas School. As a primary C, Fineberg worked from a slight side saddle set while effectively gaining ground in the footwork to ultimately post a 2.13 pop time. He put throws consistently around the bag and has plenty of time to refine the arm action as a '27 prospect. Fineberg also topped out at 76 mph across the diamond with active footwork and controlled actions overall. Expect arm strength to increase at both spots as Fineberg matures. Offensively, the righty started from a wider base with a lower hand set and simple leg lift trigger that consistently produced contact to the middle of the field. He repeated the stroke well with power potential developing in the future. Posted a 73 mph exit velo.
