Sean Griggs is a 2024 3B/RHP/IF with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Wall, NJ who attends Red Bank Catholic. Tall athletic build with some present strength and room for plenty more. Left handed hitter, hits from a slightly open stance with a well controlled and direct swing, has loose hips with some quickness to them, works gap to gap with a line drive swing, good barrel control, projects as a hitter as he continues to get stronger. 7.00 runner in the sixty. Primary third baseman on defense, has good range and footwork working through the ball, charges the ball well and makes accurate throws on the move, short and quick arm action for a quick release. Solid fundamental players who will continue to improve in all areas. Good student, verbal commitment to Alabama.
