Benjamin Nuncio is a 2026 RHP/MIF/OF with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Taft, CA who attends Taft Union. Big and thick build with some present strength. Works exclusively from the stretch with a high leg raise start over the rubber to a standard 3/4's arm slot, can use his strong lower half moving down the mound better. Fastball was mostly in the low 80's and topped out at 85 mph early, had some arm side life and got in on right handed hitters well. Slider was his best secondary pitch by far, has good sweeping depth and some bite. Raises his arm slot trying to get over his curveball and casts and tips the pitch. Flashed a developing change up as well. Competed well and was around the zone. 7.05 runner in the sixty. Good student.
