Mario Gutierrez is a 2023 RHP/3B, OF with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Corona, CA who attends Santiago. Medium build with good length and size to both halves that can continue to fill out. Right-handed pitcher, works his high-waisted frame well on the mound from a slinging arm action. Easy and repeatable. Features a four-pitch mix with good shape to his curveball and slider with distinct break that look to be quality out pitches. Fastball fills the zone in the low-80s and tunnels his changeup off of it well. Feel to spin and confident on the mound. Good student.
