Joshua Hunter is a 2025 RHP/OF with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Magnolia, TX who attends Magnolia. Medium frame with a lean, athletic build and good room to add physically. Ran a 7.27 second 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, clean delivery with a fluid easy arm action, good present arm speed and solid stuff as a whole in a young arm. Up to 87 with the fastball, good run/life on it, goes to sharp 12-to-6 breaking ball with good bite and overall action, spotty command at times but strong mix with a good ceiling across the board. Also plays outfield, works to and through the ball well with good intent, clean and quick release, arm strength plays well with good carry to bags. Right-handed hitter, even base and stays in his frame well, clean stroke with quickness and fluidity, turns the barrel over with intent and some strength, stays compact as a whole and accurate with the barrel. Named to 2022 High School All State Top Prospect List.
