Primary shortstop with smooth paced footwork while traveling to and surrounding the baseball. Funnels the baseball out front and worked through exchange efficiently. Right handed hitter with a spread, crouched stance and high back elbow set. Works to contact with rotational lower half actions. Compact hand path to baseball with a slightly lifted barrel plane through extension. Showed developing feel for the barrel but flashed good jump to the gaps when squared. Primarily looked to work the baseball to the middle of the field and pull side gap. Also pitched utilizing a smooth paced side step to medium leg lift delivery. Stays balanced at gather and released from a high three-quarters arm slot. Flashed solid arm speed through extension with a fastball that created occasional run to arm side in the low to mid 70's, topped at 74 mph. Curveball showed 11/5 shape with solid spin and occasional depth in the low 60's. Also flashed a slider offering in the low 60's that generated more tilt and sweep to glove side. Good student as well.
