Stan Paszek is a 2025 RHP/1B with a 6-3 215 lb. frame from Land O Lakes, FL who attends Bishop McLaughlin Catholic. Tall and strong build. Works from the stretch with medium length arm action to a high 3/4's arm slot, stays on line well down the mound and repeats his mechanics. Fastball topped out at 85 mph, mostly straight with occasional cutting life. Also threw a low 70's slider with good shape and sweeping depth when he got behind it properly. Threw strikes with both pitches and competed well, would benefit from third pitch to keep hitters off balance. 7.75 runner in the sixty. Plays first base when not on the mound and showed good athleticism around the bag. Right handed hitter, has a big stride into contact, gets off balance at times, flashed plenty of juice when he was squared up. Good student. Named to the Florida High School All-State Games Top Prospect List.
