Andres Romo is a 2025 1B/3B with a 6-0 205 lb. frame from Hayward, CA who attends Newark Memorial. Features a bigger build with some strength present. Ran an 8.03 60-yard dash. Primary corner infielder. Showed the ability to play both spots. Range profiles well for either. Solid glove actions displayed the ability to make the routine play. Short arm action produced fairly accurate throws. Has an idea around the bag at first base. Right-handed hitter. Utilizes an even stance with a relaxed hand setup. Displayed some bat speed on a linear path through the zone. Quality approach stays through the middle of the field on a regular basis. Uses his strong frame well in the box to produce quality power that plays gap to gap. Potential for more power as the frame continues to mature. Solid offensive traits for the age. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
