Everett Cord is a 2023 SS/2B, 3B with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Berkeley, CA who attends Berkeley. Features a lean, projectable build with athleticism. Ran a 7.37 60-yard dash. Primary infielder. Displayed soft hands throughout infield workouts. Presents the glove early and works through hops well. Occasional will let the ball get deep at catch point. Gets around the ball well with solid footwork. Short arm action produces accurate throws with solid carry. Right-handed hitter. Utilizes a upright stance with a square base. Leg lift timing mechanism gets into lower half well. Swings on slight uppercut path, creating solid loft within. Remains balanced throughout swings. Continuing to develop barrel accuracy and adding strength should help add more power to the profile. Good student.
