Jack Dugan is a 2026 SS/2B/3B with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Nashville, TN who attends Lipscomb Academy. Large, athletic frame with square shoulders and some present strength, plenty of additional room to fill moving forward. Strong runner, posted a 6.67 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, moves well on the feet in the dirt, very soft hands that play well to the backhand, easy actions overall with balance throughout, strong arm across the diamond with carry, repeats well, tools to stay up the middle at the next level. Left-handed hitter, begins with an even and balance stance in the box with a high hand set and back elbow; fast hands and gets the barrel head through, stays tight in swing and can get additional extension out front. Comfort working to the pull side and found a couple 90+ exit velos in live action, ball jumps when squared. Very good student. Verbal commitment to Tennessee.
