Hogan Overby is a 2027 SS/2B with a 5-8 111 lb. frame from Oxford, MS who attends Oxford. Medium frame with a very lean build. Ran a 7.54 second 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, has solid feel already with looseness to his actions, good timing and handle of the glove, shorter arm stroke to his release with developing arm strength, good fundamental foundation. Pitches too, free and athletic delivery, stays controlled to a medium arm stroke, clean arm and pitches off the fastball with tempo, softer breaking ball that'll firm up with time. Left-handed hitter, small stride into his process, works on a linear path and gets out on the front side with early timing, has some bat to ball to build on with more strength.
