Alexander Roque Rosario is a 2025 SS/2B/3B with a 5-7 150 lb. frame from Río Grande, PR who attends Puerto Rico Baseball Academy. Medium frame with some wiry strength and nice athletic twitch to his actions. Ran the 60-yard dash in a solid 6.94 seconds. Primary position infielder, showing on point footwork with good first step and overall lateral mobility. Presents glove well out front with smooth, soft action securing the ball cleanly. Transfer is quick at the core leading to emerging arm action but did create throws up to 82 mph with carry and accuracy. Foot work and athleticism bodes well for him here. Right handed hitter, working from a narrow base and starting open. Bigger stride to get him going as he works to impact. Gets extended out front and worked his best shots to the pull side. Fundamentally sound and with strength gains should really be an offensive impact. Outstanding student as well.
