2024 High School All State Select Championship (2027-2028 Grads)
Dominic Naylor is a 2027 SS/RHP/3B with a 6-1 195 lb. frame from Cedar Park, TX who attends Cedar Park. Features a taller and physical build with some noticeable present strength. Ran a 7.23 60-yd dash. In the INF, showed solid actions. A bit stiff at times but showed intent to work through the baseball. Avg. foot speed/quickness but strong glovework, flipping it over on time and displaying it early with sureness at reception. Also displayed big arm strength with relative ease while getting off accurate throws across. At the plate, showed damage intent to each swing. Noticeable inward lift before getting forward for a bigger stride and creating strong separation at launch. Real strength and bat speed. Swing has some length where it levels out into contact with a high barrel finish. Some inconsistent timing but it was loud when he caught it out front displaying well above avg. pullside power. On the mound, showed a balance/simple operation. Lifts to the belt before working downhill with minimal lower half drive/engagement. Lands on-line with an avg. length stride. More of a compact arm action out the back that works up to a normal 3/4 slot. FB worked up to 88, living in the mid 80s that played heavy through the zone. Mixed in an effective CH he kills a ton of spin on allowing for good depth while maintaining some fading action. Mixed in a CB and SL as well. SL showed late biting tilt with his CB showing more developing shape with some hump out the hand. Excellent student. Named to the High School All-State Select Championship Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
