Victor Flores Burgos is a 2023 RHP with a 5-11 162 lb. frame from Cidra, PR who attends Albergue Olímpico Baseball Academy. Medium frame with a very lean build. Primary right-handed pitcher, simple delivery that he repeats well, works with minimal effort and sinks the fastball well into the mid-70s while showing feel for a slurve-like breaking ball as he pitched to contact during his outing. Also worked out in the infield, plays back on the ball a bit with some length to how he works through the ball but shows a clean release across. Right-handed hitter, sets up wide and impacts the ball off his back side, uses the hands to fire the barrel out and produces low line-drive contact that came off well when he swung with intent. Tremendous student.
