2023 PG Softball Oklahoma City Scouting Combine
Rhyenne Jones is a 2026 OF/UT from Raymore, MO who attends Raymore-Peculiar Sr. Rhyenne showcased as an offensive threat at our June Combine in Oklahoma City. Not only is she an amazing athlete on the field she also gets it done in the classroom where she maintains a 3.9 GPA. On defense, she showcased as an athletic outfield who does a great job tracking the ball. Biggest thing that caught my attention was her arm strength. She had a consistent strong over hand throw and kept the ball low and on a line to each bag. As she continues to develop she needs to continue to work on speeding up her transfer to make up some time with her throws. Offensively, She is aright handed hitter who does a great job pulling the ball down the third base line. She has insanely fast hands to the ball and when she gets connected her pop is next level. As she continues to work on timing, she is an absolute threat at the plate because of her hands. It is something you cannot teach, but athletes just have. Overall, I think Rhyenne is an extremely gifted athlete who has the potential to take her skills to the collegiate level. I am excited to continue to watch her grow and develop with the game.
