2022 Northern California Workout Showcase (Saturday)
Danny Flores is a 2025 SS/MIF with a 5-6 145 lb. frame from San Francisco, CA who attends St. Ignatius College Prep. Features a smaller build with athleticism present. Ran a 7.93 60-yard dash. Primary infielder. Displayed solid hands throughout infield workouts. Showed the ability to work through hops. Uses athleticism to cover decent ground in both directions. Showcased accurate arm. Has the ability to throw from a lower slot. Arm strength should come as more strength is added to the frame. Right-handed hitter. Utilizes a slight open stance with a semi-crouched lower half. Displayed a moderate leg kick timing mechanism with a slight hand hitch load. Remains athletic in the box. Slight uppercut path creates some loft within the swing. Uses the entire well. Still developing strength and barrel accuracy in the box which should help add more power to the profile. Excellent student.
