Roman Olvera is a 2026 C/3B with a 6-0 195 lb. frame from Bastrop, TX who attends Cedar Creek. Physical build with present strength, ran a 8.16 in the sixty. Primary catcher popped a 2.07 and gains ground well. Good momentum to the bag with a sound arm, very accurate as well. Replaces feet and has traits. Showed a good arm from the corner in infield drills, big carry across. Fields on the backhand well and easy mover for his size on the dirt. Right-handed hitter, big power potential with leverage out front. Rotates hard and gets the barrel out front with serious impact from an uphill swing path. Loads of power both sides. Very good student.
