Augusten Schmidt is a 2025 2B/RHP, 3B, SS, MIF with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Seattle, WA who attends . Recorded a 7.55 second sixty yard dash time. Lean and athletic build. Primary second baseman with developing footwork and feel for the glove. Uphill thrower, recorded throws across at 66 mph. Limited body control at present, has some quickness to his feet. Will improve as he gets into better fielding positions and gets stronger. Right-handed hitter with a grooved and uphill swing path, is short to the ball but has minimal extension. Struggles to get on plane with anything below the chest. Stiff movements, has some quickness to the hands, creates lift at contact. Great student.
