Aidan Holtzapple is a 2024 1B with a 6-1 225 lb. frame from Westfield, IN who attends Brebeuf Jesuit Prep. Big and strong build, physical look. Left handed hitter, leg raise trigger, gets his foot down early, stays compact in his swing, gets the ball in the air consistently with some carry, lots to project from a power stand point. 7.80 runner in the sixty. Primary first baseman on defense, moves well for his size, gets his glove down early and fields it cleanly, arm works well. Power is his tool. Excellent student.
