Tyler Barlow is a 2024 C/RHP, UT with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Scottsdale, AZ who attends IMG Academy. Compact frame with solid athleticism that can develop. Ran a 7.32 in the 60-yard dash. Infielder, good direction and footwork that showed in drills. Fields in middle of his stance and has the fundamentals to stick with the glove. Catcher, showed a sound transfer and gains ground well with good arm strength on a line. Gets to the bag consistently. Right=handed pitcher, high three-quarter delivery and high arm circle. Fastball reached 76 mph with feel for a developing curveball and slider with late bite. Right-handed hitter, balanced setup with a lower hand set. Flashed gap-to-gap power with good strength in the hands. Uses the whole field with intent. Very good student.
