Eric Harrison is a 2025 3B/RHP/C with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Avon Park, FL who attends Avon Park. Large, athletic frame with square shoulders and present strength to frame with additional room to fill moving forward. Ran a 7.64 60-yard dash. Primary third baseman, longer actions on the approach but works behind the ball well and makes the plays, very accurate throws across the diamond with strength and carry; arm strength plays from the outfield as well, moves well and quickly to the ball, fields it out front and maintains momentum well through release, full arm action with quickness to it. Also pitched, leg lift up to belt, lands on line coming down the mound; medium length to arm action working to an over-the-top release point. Creates downhill plane on fastball and lived down in the zone, fastball topped out at 77 mph. Pitched mostly off of fastball with cut action, mixed a short, developing slider up to 70 mph. Right-handed hitter, begins with an even base and a high hand set and back elbow at the plate. Shows both quickenss and looseness to swing, comfort working to pull side and shows nice carry off of the barrel to left field when squared up, best contact when working on a linear path. Excellent student.
