Application, Entry Fee & Hotel Policy
Recruit
Revolution entry fee of $1,095 must be received to be considered for entry
(please see application form pg. 2}. Each
team will receive a confirmation letter via email if accepted into the
tournament. Our
tournament procedures and hotel policy will be sent with acceptance letters,
all teams are required to stay in our approved hotels and go
through our tournament hotel coordinator after the team has been accepted into
the tournament. We reserve the right to refuse entry into the tournament and if
a team does not abide by our tournament rules they will be removed from the
tournament. Please only contact our hotel coordinator after you have been

PLEASE NOTE — Refund
Policy
Refunds
for teams that request to be removed prior to March 15 will be issued refunds
after March 30 of the tournament fee less a $200 processing fee. After March 15
there will be no refunds given for teams who drop from the tournament. If the
tournament is canceled due to weather, 50 percent refund of the tournament fee
will be given. Tournament directors have the right to change the tournament
format due to weather condi-tions. If two games have been played there will be
no refund. If the tournament is canceled due COVID or any other causes, refunds
will be issued of the tournament fee less a $200 processing fee.
