Select Fest ID Camps are the newest segment of the Perfect Game Individual Player Development Initiative. The ID Camps are for any player that wants annual or even bi-annual measurables to not only track their own growth and progressions, but to also compare those growth and progressions directly against their peers. Select Fest ID Camps are for any player regardless of the classification (i.e.; AA, AAA, Major) of the team they play with. National Leaderboards and Watch Lists allow each ID Camp participant to see how they measure up throughout their Perfect Game journey!

If your player goal is to find out where you stand nationally in your age division, a Select Fest ID Camp is for you!

If your player goal is to use analytical data to improve your game, a Select Fest ID Camp is for you!

If your player goal is to ultimately be considered for the PG Select Baseball Festivals in Atlanta, GA, a Select Fest ID Camp is for you!

AWESOME PLAYER GEAR PACKAGE - All participants will receive a PG Sublimated Jersey, with matching PG Headband and Arm Sleeve, PG Cap, and PG Sling/Cinch Bag. Players are required to provide their own solid white baseball pants, belt, socks, proper footwear, and bring all necessary baseball equipment, and safety equipment.

ELITE METRICS FOR EVERY ATHLETE - Now 9U to 12U players can access Perfect Game’s renowned metrics and evaluation in a big-field experience.

BUILD YOUR BEST BASEBALL RESUME - Players Select Fest ID Camps will provide athletes with high-quality performance and evaluation metrics they can choose to add to their PG Player Profile.

What is a Select Fest ID Camp?
A Select Fest ID Camp is a Two-Day Baseball Experience that includes both Athletic Skills Testing and Live Simulated Games that allows each participant to receive consideration for our 11 and 12U Select Festivals, while participating in both on-field skills evaluation, athletic testing and game competition to create an unparalleled baseball experience.

Are results posted on the Player’s PG Profile?
Yes, results from each player’s Athletic Testing/Skills Evaluations will be posted to the individual player’s PG Profile. National Leaderboards and Select Fest Watch Lists will be formulated from each event to show where each participant stacks up across the country.

What Athletic Skills Testing will be performed?
The Athletic Skills Testing portion will consist of the following:
30 YD Dash
10/5/10 Shuttle
Home to First Base
First Base to Third Base
Grip Strength
Broad Jump

What does the Skills Evaluation entail?
The Skills Evaluation portion of the Select Fest ID Camp will consist of the following:
Defensive Workouts
Batting Practice
Exit Velocity / Pelotero Swing Analysis
Live Simulated Games

How are Rosters constructed for the Live Simulated Games?
Rosters/Teams will be determined by PG Staff using positional needs to ensure that each Simulated Game is competitive.

How does a typical Select Fest ID Camp run?
Every participant will be provided an opportunity to take part in the Athletic Skills Testing and Skills Evaluation along with Batting Practice. Players will be divided into teams for the Simulated Games (7-9 Innings), where pitchers will have the opportunity to face hitters and position players will be able to perform in game-like situations.
