General formats will be 3 game guaranteed (2 pool games, followed by single elimination bracket) 4 games guaranteed (3 pool games, followed by single elimination bracket) 70 min pool games

Perfect Game Softball does not have any player check-in for tournaments.
Perfect Game Softball doesn’t require any proof of age unless a team protests a game due to an illegal player.
Games of all tournaments will begin with 8AM games on the first date listed on a tournament unless otherwise noted.
Yes, insurance is required to play in Perfect Game Softball Events. Mandatory requirements are: General Liability $1,000,000 occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate Participant Medical $10,000 Provide a certificate of insurance naming the following entities as Additional Insured PERFECT GAME GROUP INC. ITS SUBSIDIARIES, DBAS, AFFILIATES 667 Progress Way Sanford, FL 32771
Refunds will be issued after payment. The tournament director will hold a credit to a future event if notice of cancellation is given at least 1 week prior to the event start date. If tournament director cancels event due to low numbers or inclement weather, refunds will be as follows: Refund policy in the event of inclement weather: 2 games played – no refund 1 game played – half refund No games played – full refund minus $50 Administration Fee

Lightning delays will happen when the stroke is detected within 10 miles of the surrounding facility. The horn will sound one time for 5 seconds to alert the delay. The lightning policy requires players and parents to exit the facility and seek shelter in their cars. Games will resume when there hasn’t been a stroke within 10 miles for 30 minutes. The horn will sound 3 times in a row to alert the all clear and play may resume.
